Intermediate Rent scheme

Through the Intermediate Rent scheme, you can rent a brand new home for less than the market rate. The rent charged is lower than you would expect to pay for a similar home if you were renting from a private landlord - and you also have the assurance that your home is managed by Westlea Housing.

Intermediate Rent is a fantastic opportunity to rent a high quality new build home. It is aimed at people who have difficulty affording market rents on the open market, and for those who lack a mortgage deposit and who thus cannot buy a home just yet.
