The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) has published its annual Viability Report for GreenSquare Group.

This report is an assessment of the financial viability of GreenSquare, and of its compliance with the viability element of the Governance and Viability Standard. It is based on the TSA's assessment of the Group's latest Business Plan and supporting Financial Forecast Return approved by the Board in April 2011, responses to quarterly surveys (most recently in October 2011), annual accounts and audit management letter for the period 2010-11, and other enquiries the TSA has made.

The report says that the Group meets the expectations of the governance and viability standard in terms of financial viability. This judgement is unchanged from the previous Viability Report published in September 2010.

The TSA says that GreenSquare Group:

• meets and is forecast to meet all covenants;
• has sufficient loan facilities in place to meet all committed requirements;
• is not reliant on sales to create a surplus; and
• is compliant with rent restructuring and the decent homes standard.
